We begin by selecting a unit from our inventory or using the customer's own unit. The first step is a thorough visual assessment of its overall condition. If the condition meets our standards, we proceed — if not, the unit is tagged as non-repairable.

Next, we perform a complete teardown, cleaning, and repainting with color-matched paint. Once the paint has fully cured, the unit is rebuilt to original manufacturer specifications and tested. From start to finish, the process typically takes 4–7 days depending on the unit's condition.
